The Guam Gifted and Talented Education Program provides Guam's public school students with opportunities for enrichment in academics as well as the visual and performing arts.  The program operates under the Guam Department of Education's Division of Special Education and consists of several components. Please select a link on the left to access the several programs we offer.		GATE Preschool Beginning Thursday, March 1, 2012, parents or legal guardians may come to the GATE Office to fill out an application form for the child to be tested for the GATE Preschool Program. The child must be 4 years old by July 31, 2012. Please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate when making the appointment. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
